I look forward to the homesale by zipcode feature and would like to suggest that you consider adding 97206. Not only is my house there but increasing numbers of young creatives, young families and hip hangouts are starting to be very visible especially along Foster. That area (Fo-Po, if you must) will be one to watch for sure and charting the home sale numbers might be interesting.
