Portland Real Estate Prices at All Time High

Portland real estate prices just hit at an all time high in May of 2015. In the Summer of 2007 the average price was $355,000 and today it’s just under $360,000. The median price is up even more at $313,000 today with the last peak being around $300,000.

Inventory of homes in Portland is also at a 10 year low at 1.7 months.
