Portland Inventory Report by Zipcode – January 2009

by | Feb 2, 2009 | How to Guides, Uncategorized

Welcome to the first report of 2009. This shows which parts of town and which types of property are selling and which ones are sitting. Inventory is figured in months with 6 months being balanced, less than 6 months favoring sellers and more than 6 months favoring buyers. If I missed your area just let me know and I’ll add it in.

Trend: Detached homes close in are showing increases in inventory due to low sales volume. Condo inventory continues to go up in many areas due to more constrictive lending rules and over building.

Nick, very well detailed report on inventory!
I was interested in the inventory & time on market in the woodstock and Mt. Scott/Arleta
neighborhoods. If you have any information on then, please forward, I would appreciate it.

    Thank You Mike
